Sabrina Schreiner studied Industrial Design at the University of Duisburg-Essen and is a researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Environmental, Safety and Energy Technology UMSICHT since 2010. She is head of the interdisciplinary research group "User-Centred Technology" in the department "Sustainability and Participation". Thematically, her projects are currently anchored in the Circular Economy and in the area of "Research in Societal Responsibility". Since 2021 she is head of Research Department Application and Demonstration of the Cluster of Excellence Circular Plastics Economy CCPE.
