Inga Arling is gaining experience from technical, ergonomically up to commercial aspects of mattresses since 2009. No wonder that she is a passionate status quo challenger within the mattress industry by supporting supplier and mattress manufacturer as partner in the transition towards a circular economy. In 2020 working as Category Manager at Auping she launched the first circular mattress worldwide. Now, only 2 years later nearly the whole mattress assortment has been changed with circular ones thanks to the tremendous success.
